You don’t need to be a great baker or have frosting skills to make a pretty cake. Even if you’re vegan, you can still use a box cake and store bought frosting rather than making everything from scratch. All it takes are some strawberries, flowers, and powdered sugar to make it look like you put in much more effort than you actually did! (more…)

Fried Mac n Cheese
For the first time ever, I didn’t have Gardein chick’n scallopini in my freezer, but I really wanted to try Chef Mary Mattern’s fried chick’n wings recipe! So I decided I could either put on pants and go to Publix or go with whatever I could find. And lucky for me, I had a box of Annie’s elbows & creamy sauce so I fried that up! (more…)

Queen Elizabeth’s Favorite Cake Made Vegan
Anyone who knows me at all knows I love everything British and I’m obsessed with Queen Elizabeth II. So to mark Lilibet’s 92nd birthday (April 21st), I made a vegan version of her favorite dessert, chocolate biscuit cake. She loves it so much that she never lets a single bit go to waste. Donut Bouquet
Sometimes a bride just needs to be a little extra at her wedding rehearsal… and that calls for a donut bouquet! Obviously, I chose to create this bouquet with the giant, fluffy, vegan pillows from Valkyrie Doughnuts.

Fireball Whiskey Cake
I made a Fireball Whiskey cake for my friend’s bachelor party. It’s layers of whiskey pecan pie, vanilla buttercream, and apple cinnamon cake with an apple butter swirl and Fireball whiskey glaze. It’s topped with caramel, pecans, toffee shards, half an apple, and miniature bottles of Fireball. (more…)

Peanut Butter Cake
This cake looks much more impressive than it actually is. It’s just a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. It’s decorated with peanut butter drizzle, chocolate and peanut butter bark, truffles, Oreos, and peanut butter cups. (more…)
